Discover

The process starts with you:

  • I’ll have you fill out a thorough wellness questionnaire, allowing you to reflect on your eating habits, digestion patterns, lifestyle and more.
  • I’ll analyze the wellness questionnaire and identify some sources of your dis-ease.

  • Following my analysis, I will suggest a set of changes that you could introduce, and encourage you to focus on implementing only 2-3 of them to begin with. 


Deepen

This has been the most popular and most beneficial experience! It includes the same as the DISCOVER session plus:

  • Daily meal follow up: We will be creating a shared album for you to upload pictures of your meals to for 2 weeks after first consultation. This will allow me to “watch” what you’ve understood through our first consultation and to give you tips and modifications along the way, for you to gradually improve your eating habits.

  • Follow-up consultation 2 weeks after the first one. 


Flourish

 

Flourish will help you develop your intuition or inner voice when it comes to your wellbeing step by step over a period of 3 months. It will truly help flourish into knowing how to take care of your body and mind. Flourish will offer what both DISCOVER and DEEPEN offer and far beyond. It includes 4 core sessions and 3 follow up session:

  • I’ll have you fill out a thorough wellness questionnaire, allowing you to reflect on your eating habits, digestion patterns, lifestyle and more.
  • I’ll analyze the wellness questionnaire and identify some sources of your dis-ease.

  • Following my analysis, I will suggest a set of changes that you could introduce, and encourage you to focus on implementing only 2-3 of them to begin with.

  • Follow up calls after core sessions will ensure that you're on the right track and answer any questions arising.
  • Extensive nutrition sessions with seasonal recipes, shopping list, and examples of meal plans.
  • Learn how to implement Ayurvedic grounding daily routines specific to your body that will assist in the healing process and have you start your days with ease.

Maintain

We live in an ever-changing world. Seasons change, our immediate environment changes, we change, life just happens sometimes.

Throughout these changes our bodies and mind tend to go out of balance. 

If you are going through some changes and need some support to maintain your balance just book an extra session for a checkup and advice on how you maintain being as close as possible to a path of balance and harmony.

A fun and dynamic 3 hour seasonal cooking class that builds on Ayurvedic principles to offer you new tools and knowledge, allowing you to cook in a healing way

  • Using easily available spices - ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric and more - and combinations of food that you are already familiar with - tweaking them to give you, new inspiration in the kitchen, a happier stomach and a broader smile.
  • How to construct delicious, nutritious, perfectly balanced meals including one pot meals for busy lifestyles that can support you in your daily activities eliminating afternoon energy drops or sudden cravings. 
  • We will have time for discussion, cooking techniques and demonstrations finishing off with a delicious nutritious meal that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized.

What we focus on in the class will change seasonally since Ayurveda is aligned with the cycles of Nature.


Retreat Chef

I offer my services as an Ayurvedic chef for longer and shorter retreats. My approach to food is a holistic one. By combining the old teachings of Ayurveda with modern day Western heath philosophies, I create menus that are not only healthy and delicious, but also alleviate stress and chronic pain, prevent diseases, give more energy, and bring clarity to the mind.

 Having a dedicated retreat chef can be an amazing addition to your retreat. A well-designed menu nourishes both the body and soul of the participants, supporting them throughout their journey and enhancing their retreat experience.

I am an Ayurvedic chef who offers workshops, training sessions and consultancy services for restaurants, yoga studios or larger groups who want to learn more about Ayurvedic diet. My workshops are generally built on Ayurvedic principles that offer participants new tools and knowledge on how to cook in a healing way.

 I believe in using simple and familiar ingredients to improve people’s daily lives and alleviate the toll that today’s hectic world has on our bodies. By combining the old teachings of Ayurveda with modern day Western heath philosophies, I create menus that alleviate stress and chronic pain, prevent disease, give more energy, and bring clarity to the mind.

 A good meal is something that should leave you feeling satisfied, energized, and happy, instead of ill and lethargic. Therefore, the general purpose of my workshops is to teach people how to use food in order to restore the body’s natural balance, and have fun while doing it. I aim to give people inspiration in the kitchen and spark the joy of cooking. Here are some examples of my services:
