Banana Bread

Banana Bread
  • 2 cups of whole wheat

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar  

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 3 bananas

  • 3/4 oat milk

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil or ghee

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 1/4 ginger powder

  • 1 cup of walnuts

Mix all the dry ingredients (except for the nuts) together. Mash the bananas and then whisk it with melted ghee or coconut oil and milk. Mix them all together and fold in the walnuts. Place it in a preheated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry.
