Turmeric Oat Cookies

Turmeric Oats

The past few workshop I brought these beauties with me and they were a hit! So here is the recipe :) Turmeric oats cookies


2 cups oats flour
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple
1/2 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1 cm vanilla pod
1 cup dates
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 cup-3/4 cup water
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup cold pressed sunflower oil

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add in maple syrup, sunflower oil, and water. Chop the dates and the walnuts and mix it with everything else. Put them in the oven at 180C for about 30 minutes. 

Super delicious! Can be eaten with your meal or as a snack 3 hours away from any other meal.
