Ayurveda is a healing art and science based on a 5,000 year old system of medicine. It is one of the world’s most sophisticated and powerful mind-body health systems.
The science of Ayurveda is based on the principle that everything is connected, and that by addressing the root problems caused by weak digestion and lack of proper nutrition, we can get out of our body’s way and allow it to heal naturally as it was designed to do.
Ayurvedic classes will teach you the art of eating well for optimum digestion, sleeping soundly, and living well in harmony with nature. Rather than hearing advice from everyone about what is healthy and what not, you will leave the retreat being able to make the right choices for you!
