Yoga and Meditation

I offer private and group yoga classes that are dynamic but accessible to all levels. The sequence is tailored according to the audience and is based on my studies in the traditional Ashtanga yoga system, yoga therapy, and Ayurvedic medicine. I set a nurturing and safe environment where I emphasize correct alignment and breath-work that allows my clients to not only reap the core benefits of practicing yoga but also allows them to challenge themselves and grow physically as well as mentally.
